Since we have such a large number of Styles in our selection of items fabricated exclusively by Unique Rustique, in a wide variety of colors, fabrics and designs...we create your selection after you place the order. The accessories we carry from other suppliers many times are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. We try as hard as possible to let you know when these products will arrive to you.

We concentrate on the high quality, hand-made, custom look for our products - Rather than a warehouse full of "Guessing What You Want to Order".

To insure that we ship the best quality we can, we advise our customers that they should expect an approximate 2 - 4 week shipping date. some custom items and products from other suppliers may take up to 6 weeks for receipt. Your pleasure in receiving your items made with "Lots of Care" and "Quality" will make your patience well worth the wait! We strive to ship as timely as we can, but we will not sacrifice quality for speed! We also do all orders in the order they are received.

Items such as wrought iron beds and furniture must be delivered by truck. We do not process these items through the shopping cart, as we need to get the exact shipping costs from our supplier warehouse. Some addresses (rural) will require you to go to the trucking depot to pick up the item, as home delivery is not available in all areas. When we process these order, any extra shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Many items we ship do not weigh in at what is posted in the shopping cart. We have had to use a minimum OVERSIZE package weight for these items. (For example a lampshade does not weigh 30 lbs, but due to the size of the package it is the weight that the shipping charge equals out to.) Pricing of shipping for your order is based on the weight of the order. Larger, very heavy items may sometimes have an additional shipping charge...We will always inform you of this if it applies when ordering.

Idaho residents will be required to add an additional 6.0% tax to the total order amount prior to shipping. This is pre-calculated when using our convenient online shopping cart.

Returns: All Merchandise is Quality Guaranteed for a 5 Day Inspection Period. Please Read Our Return Policy. Any Returns Should be Accompanied With Our Return Form.
