Returns are only for items that do not meet our quality standards.
This does not apply to simply changing your mind on style or design. On items we carry from other suppliers, we make sure
the quality is what our customers would expect. We will take returns if
there are defects in workmanship.
We do not take returns on any custom or
special orders! With such a large
variety of designs and sizes it is impossible to sell an item custom made for
another person! We make every hand painted fabric item on a custom basis! Even
items such as the bedsteps and lampshades are custom in the base color, size,
and design!
We will send out
fabric swatches to make sure the client is happy in advance with their choice!
We e-mail designs, drawings etc. for pre-approval before any custom work is
started.
We work very hard with every client to
make sure they know in advance exactly what they are receiving!
The exception to our custom return policy would
be for inferior quality....which we
make sure does NOT ever happen. (We have NEVER had a return or even a request
for a return for inferior
quality!!!)
Any item must be pre-approved by Unique Rustique
for return. An authorization number will be provided to you by phoning the office during regular business
hours and speaking to a customer representative at (208) 267-1337. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Return Policy:
A
pre-approved item must be returned within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
All merchandise is "Quality Guaranteed" for a 5 day inspection period.
Cost of purchased item will be refunded less shipping and handling charges. Credit card orders will be credited, other forms of payment will
receive a refund check by mail. No tags or labels can be removed from
merchandise or you will not be issued your purchase price.
Merchandise must be in its original saleable condition.
Packaging Your Return:
Please fill in and print this form, including it with your return and your receipt.
Please wrap your package securely in the original box if possible.
For your protection we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post to ship.
