Refunds
We are careful to keep a very good standing with our clients and our business rating.
For damaged items ~ We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the damaged item. If this item has been damaged during shipping we will notify the shipper of the damage and start the claim. A new item will be shipped to you, unless you prefer to cancel the order and get a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your item, we will refund the purchase price LESS the shipping and handling charges. You MUST contact us for the actual address where to ship the return. We have companies that drop ship products. If you send it to us and we need to send it back to them...you will be liable for that shipping charge as well. We will e-mail you a very clear address where the item is to go. Some of the products we carry have a 25% restocking fee levied by the supplier we purchase from. These fees will be deducted from your final refund. This is not applicable if the item is damaged. We must be notified within the 5 day inspection period for any refunds to be issued.
For custom fabricated and personalized items, we do not issue refunds. We work very hard with the customer to make sure in advance that all parties know exactly what is being fabricated. If a custom or personalized product is received damaged, then of course, a refund will be issued. |
