We are open to what YOU want these to look like! We can make all finishes smooth or distressed....and for the distressed colors, we can have an under color that shows through the sanded areas. Just e-mail or call us to discuss the finished product!

Stain Color Choices

Unfinished Wood Any of our steps are available unfinished, so you can paint and decorate to your hearts desire! They come sanded...ready to go!	Honey Pine Stain Available in "Hand Rubbed" (looks lighter since stain is wiped off), 0r, Brushed"...(looks darker as stain is left on in solid coat to dry!) All distressed areas stain darker....which makes the marks stand out as they would if they occurred naturally over time! (All stains look different on each piece of wood!)

Golden Oak Stain	Dark Antique Stain Works great for the look of very old antique oak, or goes well with antique walnut furniture, too! Available in "Hand Rubbed" (looks lighter since stain is wiped off), 0r, Brushed"...(looks darker as stain is left on in solid coat to dry!) All distressed areas stain darker....which makes the marks stand out as they would if they occurred naturally over time! (All stains look different on each piece of wood!)

Light Natural Cherry Stain Available in "Hand Rubbed" (looks lighter since stain is wiped off), 0r, Brushed"...(looks darker as stain is left on in solid coat to dry!) All distressed areas stain darker....which makes the marks stand out as they would if they occurred naturally over time! (All stains look different on each piece of wood!)	Dark Traditional Cherry Stain This color has a touch of red of mahogany. makes it suitable as a traditional dark cherry finish or a traditional red mahogany finish. Available in "Hand Rubbed" (looks lighter since stain is wiped off), 0r, Brushed"...(looks darker as stain is left on in solid coat to dry!) All distressed areas stain darker....which makes the marks stand out as they would if they occurred naturally over time! (All stains look different on each piece of wood!)

Paint Color Choices

All following colors can be used as the main color, or as the under color with a main color over top.
Remember...all paint colors appear different when distressed and layered over a base color! If you are using a base color, please specify how much top color you want....anywhere from a light "drybrushed" effect, to only a little of the base color showing! (You can choose natural wood, stained wood, or any base color to coordinate your overall look.)
