Our Guarantee
We guarantee all the products manufactured by Unique Rustique to be well made. All the products we have found from other suppliers are of a quality we are pleased to pass on to our customers. Sewing: All items are double stitched, topstitching is used for accents as well as durability. No raw edges or fraying anywhere on our products. You will tire of these items LONG before the sewing gives out! Hand Painting: All our hand painted items are done with extreme attention to detail. They are done with latex acrylic paints, sealed with a sealer to make them washable. We recommend if you want to wash fabrics do so with gentle hand washing and line dried. We recommend dry cleaning to prevent shrinkage. If using a dry cleaner, make sure they test colors before using cleaning fluids!Wood construction: We use pine wood for our custom products. We occasionally bring in items built from other manufacturers which are made of other woods....these items are clearly marked in their description. All our exclusively built items are made to withstand normal daily use. They are sealed with a matte or satin polyurethane to prevent damage.We offer a 5 day quality inspection. If for any reason the item does not meet your approval, we MUST issue a pre-approved return form. (Check out our Return Policy.) (We can proudly say we have NEVER even had a request for a return on any of our custom fabricated products!!!) We do not take returns on any custom or special orders. We work very hard with the customer to make sure all parties know in advance exactly what they are getting!On items we carry from other suppliers, we make sure the quality is what our customers would expect. We will take returns if there are defects in workmanship. |
