We work very hard with the customer to make sure they know exactly what they are receiving. We e-mail drawings, color chips, pictures...whatever it takes for the customer to be clear on the finished results.

We do not take refunds on custom orders, as no one has the same sizes, tastes and of course....pet names! If you receive an item damaged from shipping, it will be taken care of...either with a refund, or a new item. All packaging will be necessary to prove to the shipper where the damage was incurred.

We can not take cancellation on personalized order after they have been started.
